Trainee Captains
Rated on Multi Engine Jets: Pilots with an Indian ALTP and minimum flying experience of 3000 hours of which PIC experience of 500 Hours on transport category jets or 1000 hours on non-transport category Jets.
Rated on Multi Engine Turbo-props: Pilots with an Indian ALTP and minimum flying experience of 3500 hours of which PIC experience of 1000 hours on Multi Engine Turbo-props.

First Officer
Rated on Jets: Pilots with an Indian CPL and minimum flying experience of 1000 hours of which Co-Pilot experience of 250 hours on Multi engine Jets.
Rated on Turbo-props: Pilots with an Indian CPL and minimum flying experience of 1500 hours of which Co-Pilot experience of 500 hours on Turbo-props.

Trainee First Officers
Pilots with valid Indian CPL and minimum experience as per Indian DGCA requirements for the issue of CPL.
All pilots for the crew positions must have a valid Indian License/FRTO/COP/RTR, current IR, valid class I Medical and Multi-engine rating on the license.

Cabin Crew
In-flight Attendants/ Air Hostess:Pleasant male/female candidates in the age group of 18 – 26 years with clear skin, fair complexion, good height, appropriate BMI, proficient in English and Hindi and with minimum educational qualification of +2.
Flight Pursers: Minimum 2 years of experience as Cabin Crew in any domestic/international airline.
Safety and In-Fight Instructors: Experience of 4-5 years in similar capacity with good knowledge of Air Safety Circulars, Services, AC Circulars and other pertinent DGCA requirements.

Airport Services and Allied Services
Airport Managers: Minimum of 7-8 years of overall experience with atleast 2 years as Duty Manager/ Station Manager in any domestic/international airline.
Duty Managers: Minimum of 5 years of experience as Ground /Commercial staff in any airline.
Supervisors: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as Ground /Commercial staff in any airline.
Ground/ Commercial/ Customer Service Staff: Fresh graduates with pleasing personality and good communication skills.
Valet and Junior Customer Support Assistants: +2 educated with good communication skills and pleasant personality. Similar experience in star hotels would be and added advantage.
Cargo Officers: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in cargo handling functions like accepting, clearing of cargo and manifestation, with basic knowledge of dangerous goods regulations. Preference will be given to candidates having airlines background.
Catering Executives: Hotel Management /Catering Technology graduates with 2-3 years of experience in any airline catering department.
Stores Executives: Graduates with strong inventory control and accounts background having experience in stores management in any leading airline/hotel.

Aviation Security
Security Assistants: +2/Graduates with 0-2 years of related work experience. Candidates with NCC “C” and “B” certificates would be given preference.
Senior Security Assistants: +2/Graduates with 2 years of related experience with AVSEC and Screeners certifications.

Engineering
Maintenance Control Manager: Basic/ Full Scope License with MCC operations experience of 5 years in line maintenance.
Maintenance Control Engineer: Basic/ Full Scope License with MCC operations experience.
AME’s: With “A&C”/ “V” License issued by DGCA.
Aircraft Technicians: Qualified technicians with atleast 1-2 years of related experience.

Operations
Flight Dispatchers: Graduates with atleast 2 years of Airline experience and with current valid DGCA dispatcher license on any type.

Marketing
Media Relations Executive: Minimum 2-3 yrs media relations experience with Degree/ Diploma in Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Journalism.

Executive – Administration
Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in office maintenance, housekeeping & security, procurement of stationary, processing of bills. Good knowledge of administration, excellent communication skills, should be able to laision with all departments.

Sales/Business Development
Sales Managers: Minimum 4 years of related experience in any leading airline/GSAs.
Sales Executives: Minimum 2 years of related experience in leading airlines/durables/ FMCG/ Telecom companies.
Reservation and Ticketing Agents: Graduates with 1-2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations and having good communications skills.
